Plan guidance with a more human feel
CoPath helps NDIS participants connect plans, providers and next steps across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Its website presents support coordination, specialist support coordination, psychosocial recovery coaching and plan review support as distinct, easy-to-explore pathways.
The brief
The site needed to make complex coordination services understandable without losing the personal, collaborative character of the support. A clear referral route was essential for participants and their networks.
Design decisions
- Lead with a plain-language promise about clearer plans and everyday progress.
- Give each support type its own route so visitors can understand the right next step.
- Pair editorial serif typography and soft teal accents with real support photography.
- Keep the referral action visible in the main navigation and throughout the journey.
