A welcoming way to explore NDIS supports
Delight Care Support Services works with participants across Brisbane, Logan, the Gold Coast and Moreton Bay. The website introduces the provider’s approach and brings together daily living, community participation, transport, life skills and accommodation support.
The brief
Visitors needed a welcoming first impression and a simple way to understand available supports. Referral, contact and NDIS information had to remain easy to reach from the main navigation.
Design decisions
- Use the client’s purple-and-green identity to give the homepage a recognisable voice.
- Bring the principal support types into a visible service overview.
- Offer direct referral, NDIS information and contact routes from the header.
- Connect service details with the areas the provider supports.
What we delivered
Velacore built an NDIS website that presents the provider’s services, values and local coverage while making the next contact or referral step clear.
