NDIS Website for Thrive With Dignity Care

The brief

Someone arriving at the site may be learning about the NDIS, comparing services and resources or looking for a way to get in touch. The page hierarchy needed to make each of those routes easy to find, with welcoming, accessible navigation for participants, families and support coordinators. The design also needed to reflect Thrive With Dignity Care’s commitment to empowering people with disability.

Design decisions

• Make service information and a “What is NDIS?” route visible in the site navigation.
• Keep FAQ, phone, referral and appointment options easy to identify.
• Use the client’s purple-and-green visual identity to separate information from action.

What we delivered

The website presents support information alongside distinct contact choices, helping participants, families and support coordinators find the route that fits their needs.
