Modern e-commerce for Engraved Gifts & Products

The brief

The project called for sharp product and material imagery without slowing the experience, scannable specifications and a professional, craft-focused tone. Visitors needed a quick, discreet route to order or ask about customised work, while the client needed a site they could update with new products and photos.

Design decisions

• Deliver detailed photography with responsive image sizes, WebP and AVIF formats, lazy loading and optimisation to keep pages fast across screens.
• Structure product pages around short descriptions, materials, sizes, turnaround information and prominent calls to action.
• Use WooCommerce for WordPress integration, flexible product variants, secure payments and straightforward order management; offer a separate two-step quote route for bespoke work.
• Provide editable templates and CMS controls, backed by cross-device QA, performance checks and basic accessibility markup.

What we delivered
