NDIS Website for Capable Care

The brief

Participants, families and support coordinators needed a welcoming, accessible way to understand the provider’s services, find relevant resources and choose a practical next step. The website had to make that information straightforward to explore while reflecting Capable Care’s commitment to empowering people with disability.

Design decisions

• Keep service navigation, phone contact and referral access visible from the homepage.
• Use plain-language headings and welcoming imagery to introduce the support available.
• Give visitors a clear route from service discovery to an enquiry.

What we delivered
