An NDIS website grounded in belonging
Access Solutions Care provides NDIS support across Melbourne’s north-west, with a focus on culture, choice and independence. The website introduces its approach, services and local coverage while keeping contact and referral actions close at hand.
The brief
Participants, families and support coordinators needed to see both the practical supports available and the provider’s culturally responsive way of working. The service structure had to make housing, daily living and community options easy to explore.
Design decisions
- Use the dark-green and lime identity to create a clear, recognisable hierarchy.
- Place the provider’s values beside routes to services, referrals and NDIS information.
- Organise support categories around everyday needs, from travel to housing and personal activities.
- Show the provider’s Hillside base and Melbourne north-west service area.
What we delivered
Velacore created an NDIS website that connects the provider’s values, service information and practical next steps for people exploring support.
